Barraganyatti is a small rural locality in New South Wales, in Kempsey Shire on the Mid North Coast. The ABS 2021 Census (SAL10210) recorded 150 people living in Barraganyatti — one of the smallest localities in the ABS Suburbs and Localities dataset. The census counted 65 private dwellings, 41 families, and an average household size of 2.6 people. At that scale, individual households can shift percentages noticeably from one census to the next, and the data should be read accordingly. A few things stand out.
